Ensembles: Radical Companies Working as One

By Matt Perez

Here they are as an Ensemble of Radical Companies.

Motivation?

Here they are as an Ensemble of Radical Companies,

(The little r stands for Radical)

Jose Leal’s idea is to make them as Franchises, but without static capital owners. The Radical franchisor and the Radical franchisees will be co-owners of the Radical Franchise which provide common services like purchasing, accounting, legal, recycling, etc.

How It Starts

It all starts with loans,

  • The company needs a web site and the help of a lawyer
  • The website may cost, for example, $100: $75 his cost and $25 in profit. An amount, say the cost, gets paid immediately, the remainder $250 becomes a loan.
  • The lawyer can set things up legally for $150, her costs is $100 and her profit $50. The $100 cost gets paid immediately, the other $50 becomes a loan.

Loan Payments

An agreement is worked out with each lender and, let’s assume that new Radical Franchisee can pay $200 every month which will be distributed relative to what is owed,

  • 20% ($40 of $200) may go to the web page maker</.i>
  • 80% ($160 of $200) may go to the lawyer.
  • </ul>

That is how a community can help companies get started. Ths is how the entrepreneur get together with the services they need.
