Collaboration Takes Practice

Collaboration, like Hapiness,take practrice. It is not a one oft, or only when you feel low. You need to practice it until it becomes a habit.

Happiness can indeed be learned through courses like their ‘Science of Happiness,’ which educates students on evidence-informed habits for well-being. However, another study indicates that the initial boost in well-being requires sustained effort and continued practice of these habits to maintain long-term benefits. ∇ 

Collaboration, too, like Hapiness, takes practice. It is not a one of, or a remedy for when you feel low. “You need to practice it until it becomes a habit. It will not come ‘naturally,’ after so many years being taught to compete and enjoy a crushing win.
