Happiness can indeed be learned through courses like the ‘Science of Happiness,’ which teeaches evidence-informed habits for well-being. However, another study indicates that the initial boost in well-being requires sustained effort and continued practice of these habits to maintain long-term benefits. ∇ 
Collaboration, too, like happiness, takes practice. It is not a one time remedy for when you feel low. You need to practice it until it becomes a habit.
